Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) using the shipping option you selected in the shopping cart.

You can expect your package in 3 to 10 days depending on your location within the continental US. We currently ship from New York. Please assure that all deliveries are designated to a verifiable physical street address. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We understand that some addresses utilize community mailboxes. Such orders will be verified by phone.

We ship all orders with signature confirmation and tracking-NO EXCEPTIONS. HomeoCare Laboratories is not responsible for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you feel that you require insurance, please contact our sales department at

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc. the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

We urge all customers to inspect their packages for damages and tampering before receiving and signing for receipt.

USPS leaves a notice when no one is available to accept the delivery. You will have to call USPS to request a redelivery or go to your local USPS location to pick up the package. We are NOT responsible for contacting USPS to make re-deliveries.
