Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with the product(s) you order from If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return any item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

If you wish to cancel the order once you have placed it, we will try our best to stop the shipment process. At times, when the order is processed immediately and sent to the warehouse for fulfillment, we may not be able to stop the order. If this is the case, you will need to return the order back to us once you have received it.

Again, all merchandise has to be in its original packaging. Please indicate the reason(s) for your exchange on the invoice that was included with the shipment. Items returned without original packaging will be returned to the customer.

You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 30 days (see exceptions below) of receipt of purchase. You will receive a refund less shipping and less 15% restocking fee if applicable. Please include your name, order number and a short note stating the reason for return/exchange. Your feedback is very important to us.

Once your package has been received, your return/exchange will be processed within 5-8 business days. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when we've received your return/exchange.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Please note: Custom orders are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payments received. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing refunds.

Procedure for returns:

• Customer pays for return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error.

• Call CustomerCare at 914-920-5991 or e-mail to request a Return Authorization number, which must be placed on the outside of the package.

• Original sales receipt or invoice must be included with your product return.

• Include a note explaining a reason for your return/exchange of your purchase.

• Send back your item(s) using a trackable shipping method (USPS registered mail or UPS) to:
